Victoria Hart Ingalls. Victoria Hart Ingalls has been hooking for more than thirty years and teaching for twenty plus years, both at home and at rug schools across the country. Though she is known for her focus on fine shading and portraiture, her style ranges from traditional, using fine-cut strips and multiple value swatches, to wide-cut hooking with a folk art appeal. She has a degree in Fine Art and was a student of well-known teacher and author Margaret Hunt Masters Her work can be seen in Celebrations and Rug Hooking Magazine.
